Representative Contract Experience

As a result of outstanding program performance and responsiveness to customer needs, FIDELITY has been awarded numerous add-on contracts, and has been sought by various agencies to bid on additional site work.  Our customers benefit from our successful management of programs without cost or schedule problems. We attribute our success to  years  of experience, an exceptional management team, and a skilled technical staff. Recent notable accomplishments include:

NAVAIR: E-2C Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) task order issued under the U.S. Navy's Fielded Training Systems Support (FTSSII) contract.  Provide COMS services for the E-2C Hawkeye aircraft training devices located at Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), Pt. Mugu, CA, and at Naval Station (NS) Norfolk, VA.  Responsible for all labor, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, test equipment and transportation to maintain the training systems in fully operational condition. Training devices include: 2F110 motion-based Operational Flight Trainer; 15F8A and 15F8C Aircraft Tactics Trainers; 15F8H Weapons System Trainer; and 2F166 and 2F168 Operational Flight Trainers. 

NAVAIR: Contractor Instruction Services Naval Air Force US Pacific Fleet (CISPAC) task order issued under the Navy's Fielded Training Systems Support (FTSSII) contract.  Perform instruction services for the following rotary and fixed-wing aircraft simulation training systems: EA-6B; E-2C/2E/2000; SH-60F/HH-60H; SH-60B/MH-60R; MH-60S; F/A-18C-F.

NAVAIR: P-3 In-Service Engineering Office Contract. Perform engineering and technical support services, training system modifications and technical data verification tasks at NAS Jacksonville, FL. The P-3 ISEO office provides life-cycle support for P-3 training systems, specifically: 14B58, 2C23, 2C41, 2F87, 2F140, 2F142, 2F179

NAVAIR: Fielded Training Systems Service and Support (FTSSII) indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contract (IDIQ). Under this ID/IQ, Fidelity can compete for individual task orders including: Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services, Contract Instruction Services, Training Device Relocations, Training Device and Equipment Modifications, Instructional Systems Development, Training Systems Management, and In-Service Engineering Office and other support at training sites around the world, including approved Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases.

General Services Administration: Fidelity Field Services received a GSA Region 4 contract to provide Management, Operation, Maintenance, & Engineering of Mechanical & Custodial Services at the C.F. Haynsworth Federal Building in Greenville, South Carolina & the Donald S. Russell Federal Building in Spartanburg South Carolina.

NAVAIR : Diversified Aircrew Readiness Training (DARTS) - Task Order 0026 - under the Fielded Training Systems Support ID/IQ Contract. This task order provides technical training services in numerous Naval Aviation readiness-training objective areas.

NAVAIR Great Lakes Mega COMS:  Fielded Systems Support Services (FTSS) for Technical Training Equipment (TTE), Contractor Operation and Maintenance of Simulators (COMS), and Fire Fighting Training Equipment at the Naval Recruit Training Center (RTC) and the Naval Training Support Center (TSC) in Great Lakes, IL. 

NAVAIR Mega Surface COMS:  Contractor Operation and Maintenance services for various Surface Warfare trainers at Little Creek, VA; Dam Neck, VA; Norfolk, VA; Coronado, CA; San Diego, CA; and Newport, RI

General Services Administration:  Mechanical Operations and Maintenance Services for the U.S. Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Milwaukee, WI. Responsible for maintaining mechanical, electrical, utility, fire protection systems equipment, and interior and exterior architectural and structural systems.

NAVAIR EA-6B COMS:  Contractor Operation and Maintenance of Simulators (COMS) support for the EA-6B flight simulators at NAS Whidbey Island, WA and MCAS Cherry Point, NC.  Operation and maintenance of an Electronic Warfare (EW) RF emitter used to simulate "threat radar" to train EA-6B flight crews in their primary mission - - to  jam hostile radar to remove ground-to-air threats.

NAVAIR MV-22 Contractor Simulator Instruction (CSI):  Flight simulator instruction and simulator maintenance for the U.S. Navy MV-22 aircraft (Osprey) at MCAS New River, Jacksonville, NC.

Naval Air Technical Training Center: Pensacola, FL, Lakehurst, NJ:  Operation and Maintenance of all training systems and devices; base infrastructure/ facilities maintenance.  

Commander Naval Air Forces U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMNAVAIRPAC) Flight Simulator CSI: Provide flight simulator instructors on both fixed-wing and rotary wing simulators in 12 locations on the U.S. west coast and in Hawaii. 

Naval Air Warfare Center - Training Systems Division (NAWC-TSD; now NAVAIR) FTSS I : One of seven contractors selected to participate in the FTSS Omnibus Contract for COMS support; Contractor Simulator Instruction (CSI); Training Device Modifications; Training Device Relocation; and Technical Data Verification.              

U.S. Marine Corps: MCB Camp Lejeune, MCRD Parris Island, MCAS Cherry Point, MCRC Marietta, MCSF Guantanamo Bay: Maintenance of simulators and training devices, live-fire ranges, and range training devices, and facilities/complex infrastructure.

General Services Administration: Facilities' telecommunications equipment maintenance and management.

General Services Administration: Multiple Award Schedule Contract for Operations and Maintenance, various locations

Great Lakes Navy Recruit Training School and Service School Command:  (1) FISC Norfolk Detachment: Maintenance and Materials Management (3M) for training operations equipment school facilities, security systems and diesel equipment; (2) NAWC-TSD: COMS on simulator and mock-up equipment and marksmanship range maintenance.
