READING, PA – August 6, 2015 – Fidelity Technologies Corporation, a defense contractor headquartered in Reading, Pennsylvania, announced the release of the first in a family of portable expeditionary military fuel generators. The Ex-GEN™ DEFENDER 1.0 combines the reliability of a proven commercial generator with innovative patented technology which enables a carbureted engine to run on military grade JP-8/F-24 fuel without the use of a starting agent.
David Gulati, President of Fidelity, commented, “The Ex-GEN DEFENDER 1.0 was specifically designed, built and tested with the warfighter in mind. It’s lightweight and provides hours of continuous, reliable AC power in even the most austere climates.”
The Military and Aerospace Manufacturing division of Fidelity Technologies Corporation joined together with Massachusetts-based Novatio Engineering, a technology development and engineering consulting company, to develop this new line of generators. Additional models will be added to the Ex-GEN line; establishing a new standard as they replace traditional loud, heavy military generators.
The Ex-GEN DEFENDER 1.0 has been rigorously tested for peak performance in harsh environments. This durable and compact generator, weighing less than 33lbs., automatically maintains optimum internal operating temperatures and produces full 900W power in minutes.
