Fidelity Technologies Corporation Welcomes Senator Casey to Their Operational Excellence Center in Reading, PA
Reading, PA (August 29, 2016) –Fidelity Technologies Corporation (Fidelity), a leading global supplier of Defense and Aerospace products and services to U.S. and international customers, welcomed U.S. Senator Bob Casey (D-PA).
Senator Casey visited Fidelity’s manufacturing facility on August 10th. The Senator had the opportunity to experience the company’s operations in action and met with Fidelity’s leadership and employees. He viewed the assembly of Heavy Vehicle Armor Protection Kits and Mobile Electric Power Products and witnessed a demonstration of Fidelity’s advanced Forward Air Controller/Forward Observer virtual immersive simulator training system.
Senator Casey, who has long supported Fidelity’s priorities on Capitol Hill, spoke to the employees and expressed his gratitude for Fidelity’s contributions to protecting the warfighter and our national defense. He discussed the current congressional gridlock and the negative impact that uncertain federal budgets have on companies like Fidelity. Senator Casey said he will continue to push for a strong defense budget that allows the industry to adequately plan for the future and ensure that the U.S. continues to provide the highest quality products to the warfighter.
