Manufacturing Quality Management:
The Fidelity Quality Management System is planned, developed, implemented and maintained, providing a complete Quality Program incorporating ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 REV C as well as Fidelity requirements to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded. The system applies to all quality activities. Documented planning, program readiness and implementation, manufacturing, delivery, installation and service procedure, supplemented by work instructions, forms and reports, are established and used by trained and experienced personnel for maintaining the system and supporting product acceptance.
Software Quality Management:
Our software Quality Management Process is a method in which corrective action is taken in order to decrease the risk of repetitive problems. This is accomplished through disciplined, best practice/process improvement techniques as well as internal audits of our procedures.
By continually improving on our internal processes, along with tracking of software phases based on required and controlled matrixes, early detection and correction in the event of a deficiency is not only efficient, but effective.
Continuous improvement is dependent upon our Quality Management System process already in place, as well as improvement with senior stakeholders, management, employees and any 3rd party performing a contractual business activity. Building a firm partnership allows us to confidently meet customer requirements within budget and on time.
