About Fidelity Technologies Corporation
Fidelity Technologies Corporation, headquartered in Reading, PA, was founded in 1987 as a contract manufacturer specializing in circuit card assemblies and cable harnesses for the U.S. Department of Defense. In the early 1990’s, Fidelity revolutionized its business by developing and adding core competencies that would pave the way for future growth. By the mid 1990’s, Fidelity had broadened its reach into Simulation and Training; providing design, development, fabrication and on-site contractor operation and maintenance of simulator devices. In the early 2000’s, Fidelity expanded its contractor services to include Contractor Instructor Services, a key area of growth today.
Fidelity has grown from a small contract manufacturer to a leading global supplier of Defense and Aerospace products and services to U.S. and international customers. In response to the ever changing requirements of the customer, Fidelity is constantly expanding its expertise and capabilities to provide innovative solutions that directly address the needs of the warfighter.
Business Units:
The three autonomous business units each have distinct, yet synergistic, areas of focus.
This technical team creates dynamic, interactive, skill building experiences that close the loop on complete training and rehearsal systems that truly give the warfighter the opportunity to train as they fight.
Ensures trainer availability for warfighter preparedness by deploying a team of experienced engineering & technical specialists as well as instructors for training, operation and maintenance of simulator equipment.
With a strong focus on mobile electric power, this ‘power house’ team provides manufacturing, research & development and environmental test services for build-to-print, build-to-spec designs.

Elbit performed a supplier quality audit of Fidelity, which resulted in a Level A Certification implying Fidelity is an approved supplier for Electronic and Electromechanical Products. Fidelity’s Quality rating was 100% making us a Preferred supplier to Elbit.
Raffles Insurance
Fidelity was awarded for excellent safety records by receiving the ‘Million Hours Safety Achievement Award’ without a lost time accident.
U.S. Small Business Administration
Fidelity was named the winner of the 2010 SBA Philadelphia District Office’s Celebrate Success initiative for Berks County.
Certificate of Appreciation PM-CATT
Fidelity was awarded for outstanding effort during I/ITSEC 2010, for their dedication and hard work contributed to the demonstration of the Combined Arms Tactical Trainers (CATT). Fidelity’s participation exemplified the “Training Centric Readiness Focused” theme.
Certificate of Appreciation
Colonel Craig G. Langhauser presented a certificate of appreciation to Fidelity for contributions to “Training the 21st Century Joint Force”. The certificate acknowledged Fidelity’s participation in an interoperability demonstration with other Armed Forces training systems at I/ITSEC.
Military Training Technology (MT2) Top 100
The Top 100 is a listing of companies that have made a significant impact in the military training industry this fiscal year—whether in live, virtual or constructive simulation, training or education. Fidelity was recognized for ‘Best Program’ for the Call for Fire Trainer (CFFT) and ‘Innovation’ for simulation and training technology.
Lockheed Martin Star Supplier
At the conclusion of an A-10 Aircraft Modification Kit which included wire and cable harness assemblies, Fidelity received the “STAR SUPPLIER AWARD” from Lockheed Martin. Fidelity was one of seven contractors worldwide to receive the ‘Perfect Product’ recognition.
