As a result of outstanding program performance and responsiveness to customer needs, Fidelity has been awarded numerous add-on contracts and has been sought by various agencies to bid on additional site work. Our customers benefit from our successful management of programs that consistently perform in accordance with the Statement of Work, ahead of schedule and under budget. We attribute our success to years of experience, an exceptional management team, and a skilled technical staff.  Current Fidelity Field Service contracts include the following:

Current Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services Contracts:

The Surface COMS, Technical Training Equipment (TTE) and Training Support (TS) at Recruit Training Center (RTC) Great Lakes, IL and Training Support Center (TSC) Great Lakes, IL was rewarded to FIDELITY in 2009. In 2014, this program was combined with Surface COMS which includes Surface COMS East and Surface COMS West.

Surface COMS support includes preventive and corrective maintenance on simulation training devices located at both RTC (to include Battlestations 21) and TSC. Technical Training Equipment support includes preventive and corrective maintenance on all equipment used to teach Class “A”, “B”, and “C” schools for Engineering Schools Department (Steam Systems, Diesel Division, Gas Turbine Division, and Hull Division) and Combat Systems Schools (Gunners Mate Division, IT Division, ATD Division, and ET Strand Division). Training Support includes managing the 3M (Material Maintenance Management) program on site and supporting electronic classrooms. In addition to preventive and corrective maintenance for these support areas, FIDELITY provides inventory management, repair / replenishment of spares and sub-assemblies, janitorial support, and all administrative / management functions required to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local policies and procedures.

The same support is provided for east and west coast Surface COMS sites where continuation skills training is provided to fleet units using simulated shipboard systems to train watchstanders, emergency procedures, and focused training and specific shipboard equipment and systems.

The Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) Contractor Operation and Maintenance  Services (COMS) contract was awarded to FIDELITY in 2012 to support all Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) trainers at Naval Air Stations located at NAS Corpus Christi, NAS Kingsville, NAS Pensacola, NAS Whiting Field and NAS Meridian on T-6, T-34, T-44, T-45 and TH-57 training platforms.  The COMS program is coordinated through the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) and falls under Fidelity’s Field Services segment. The Fidelity Field Services division ensures trainer availability for warfighter preparedness by deploying teams of experienced engineering and technical specialists, as well as instructors for training, operation and maintenance of simulator equipment to military locations across the United States.  Additionally, in 2015, Fidelity was awarded a trainer upgrade modification as an Over and Above Work Request under the CNATRA COMS task order.  Support will include replacing obsolete JVC projectors to Projection Design LED projectors for the TH-57 Helo Trainers at NAS Whiting Field.

Submarine Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS). Fidelity Technologies Corporation was awarded  the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract in 2012. Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS) and material support at several shore-based training facilities including: the Naval Submarine School in Groton, Connecticut; Submarine Training Facility in Norfolk, VA (includes the Center for Naval Engineering and Damneck, VA); Trident Training Facility in Kings Bay, GA; Trident Training Facility in Bangor, WA (includes Bremerton and Whidbey Island); Submarine Learning Center in San Diego, CA (includes Ford Island); and the Naval Submarine Training Center Pacific in Pearl Harbor, HI (includes Ford Island). Fidelity will supply labor, supervision, materials, consumables, equipment, tools and test equipment and transportation essential to conserving submarine training systems, equipment facilities and Trainer Support Gear (TSG) in a fully functional condition to these confirmed locations.

The E-6B COMS task order was awarded to FIDELITY in 2015 on behalf of Command Naval Air Forces Pacific (AirPac) to support E-6B training devices located at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma City, OK.  The E-6B Aircrew Training System Task Order, TO 0004, falls under the FTSS III ID/IQ contract in support of the TACAMO (TAke Charge And Move Out) communications mission.  The TACAMO mission provides a survivable communications link between national decision-makers and the country’s arsenal of strategic nuclear weapons.  E-6B COMS support includes all labor, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, test equipment, and transportation necessary to operate and maintain the training systems and equipment in fully operational condition.  Supported training devices include VQ-7 Training Devices: 4E13A, 2F144A, 2F194, CNATT Det Tinker Training Devices: 2F236, 2F235, 10B4, 2F234, 11A22, 2A86, 11A24, 2A87, 2F238, 11A25 and STRATCOMWING ONE Training Devices: 2F231.  Additionally, Fidelity provides Contractor Instructor Services (CIS) and Quick Response Modifications (QRM) under this contract.

The E-2C COMS task order was awarded to FIDELITY in 2015 by Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) under the FTSS III ID/IQ contract to support the E-2C, E-2D, and C-2 aircraft training devices at Naval Station, Norfolk, VA and Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu, CA.  Fidelity COMS support includes preventive maintenance, daily readiness testing, operational support, training device reliability / availability, corrective maintenance, inventory management, repair / replenishment of spares and subassemblies, janitorial support, and all administrative / management functions required to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local policies and procedures.  Training devices to be utilized by COMS are: Operational Flight Trainer (OFT), Weapons System Trainer (WST), Enhanced Distributed Readiness Trainer (EDRT), Aircrew Procedures Trainer (APT), Tactics Trainer (TT), M-7 Small Arms Trainer (SAT), Simulated Maintenance Trainer (SMT), and Power Plants Trainer (PPT).  Additionally Fidelity will provide Contractor Instructor Services (CIS) for pilots and tactical control operators at Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu, CA under this contract.

Former Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services Contracts:

The Surface COMS was combined with the Great Lakes Surface COMS and Technical Training Equipment (TTE) contract for which Fidelity is the incumbent contractor. This contract supported the 16B14A, 16C53C, 20E18A, 20G6, and 20E19 training devices at EWTGLANT Little Creek, VA; 12D8, 15F12, 20F15A/9, 20F15A/10, 20F15A/11, 20F15A/13, and 11G2 training devices at FCTCLANT Dam Neck, VA; 14A12, 20F18A, and 20F23 ASW training devices at SUBTRAFAC Norfolk VA; 20G6, 16C32, and 20E10 training devices at EWTGPAC Coronado, CA; 15F12, 20F15A/3, 20F15A/9, 20F15A/10, 20F15A/11, and 20F15A/13 training devices at TTGPAC San Diego CA; 14A12, 14D28, 14E35, 20F18A, and 20F23 training devices at FLEASWTRACEN, San Diego, CA; and 12D8, 11G2, and 3F88 training devices at CSCS San Diego, CA was awarded to FIDELITY in 2009.  Support for these simulation systems included preventive maintenance, daily readiness testing, operational support, training device reliability / availability, corrective maintenance, inventory management, repair / replenishment of spares and subassemblies, janitorial support, and all administrative / management functions required to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local policies and procedures.

The HELO COMS contract was awarded to FIDELITY in 2009 to support the simulators for the SH-60B, MH-60S, SH/HH-60F/H, MH-53E, VH-3D, VH-60N and C2A helicopters located at Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island in San Diego, CA; NAS Corpus Christi, TX; Naval Station (NS) Norfolk, VA; NAS Jacksonville, FL; and NS Mayport, FL.  Support for these simulation systems included preventive maintenance, daily readiness testing, operational support, training device reliability / availability, corrective maintenance, inventory management, repair / replenishment of spares and subassemblies, janitorial support, and all administrative / management functions required to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local policies and procedures. Additionally, Fidelity provided training instructors at the Marine Corps Air Facility in Quantico. MCAF Quantico is home to the flight training simulator for the VH-60N, which currently serves as Marine One: the Presidential helicopter.

Current Contractor Instructor Services Contracts:

The E-6B CIS task order was awarded to FIDELITY in 2015 on behalf of Command Naval Air Forces Pacific (AIRPAC) to support E-6B training devices located at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma City, OK.  The E-6B Aircrew Training System Task Order, TO 0004, falls under the FTSS III ID/IQ contract in support of the TACAMO (TAke Charge And Move Out) communications mission.  The TACAMO mission provides a survivable communications link between national decision-makers and the country’s arsenal of strategic nuclear weapons.  E-6B CIS support included utilizing simulators, training devices, associated classroom and other training methods to accomplish recurring training requirements and tactical proficiency development.  This service included instruction, operation and curriculum support as required by the government.  Primary training was provided to Commander, STRATCOM Wing One (SCW-1) which is inclusive of VQ-3, VQ-4 & VQ-7.  Training devices to be utilized for CIS are 2F144A, Operational Flight Trainer (OFT) and 4E13A, Computer Based Trainer (CBT).  Additionally, Fidelity provides Contractor Operation and Maintenance (COMS) and Quick Response Modifications (QRM) under this contract.

The E-2C CIS task order was awarded to FIDELITY in 2015 by Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) under the FTSS III ID/IQ contract to support the E-2C, E-2D, and C-2 aircraft training devices at Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu, CA.  Fidelity CIS support included utilizing simulators, training devices, associated classroom and other training methods to accomplish recurring training requirements and tactical proficiency development.  This service included instruction, operation and curriculum support as required by the government at the Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu, CA location.  The primary training community will be the Commander, Airborne Command Control and Logistics Wing.  The training devices to be utilized by CIS are: Operational Flight Trainer (OFT), Aircrew Procedures Trainer (APT), and Weapons Systems Trainer (WST). Additionally Fidelity provided Contractor Operation and Maintenance (COMS) at Point Mugu, CA as well as the Naval Station Norfolk, VA locations under this contract.

Former Contractor Instructor Services Contracts:

The Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) Contract Instructor Services (CIS) contract was awarded to FIDELITY in 2008 to provide quality aviation training through standardized instruction to ensure that student aviators and flight officers obtain the necessary knowledge and skills required to support Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force aviation strategies. These learning objectives are met through the use of simulator and classroom instruction and reinforced through mentoring / overseeing Learning Resource Centers (LRC) using Multi-Service Pilot Training System (MPTS) and the Multi-Service NFO/AF CSO Training System (MNTS) processes. FIDELITY supported CNATRA basic flight training at NAS Corpus Christi, NAS Kingsville, NAS Pensacola, NAS Whiting Field and NAS Meridian on T-34, T-44, T-45 and TH-57 training platforms.

The Contract Instructor Services, Naval Air Force Pacific Fleet (CIS PAC) contract was awarded to FIDELITY in late 2005 with a contract start date of January 1, 2006. This follow-on contract to the PAC CSI, on which we were the incumbent, supported NAS North Island, NAS Point Mugu, NAS Lemoore, and NAS Whidbey Island on the SH/MH-60B/R, SH/MH-60F/S, E-2C, F/A-18C/D/E/F, and EA-6B/FA-18G training platforms. Instruction includes classroom, ground school, instrumentation, and simulation training for Fleet Readiness Squadron (FRS) pilot and aircrew personnel.  Program management was provided at our corporate offices with each training platform Site Manager having on-site authority to commit the necessary resources to meet the training requirements of the supported FRS. FIDELITY is the first contractor to ever retain the USN Pacific simulation instruction program for two concurrent contract periods, validating our cost effectiveness and outstanding performance.

Current Quick Response Modification Contracts:

The E-6B QRM task order was awarded to FIDELITY in 2015 on behalf of Command Naval Air Forces Pacific (AirPac) to support E-6B training devices located at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma City, OK.  The E-6B Aircrew Training System Task Order, TO 0004, falls under the FTSS III ID/IQ contract in support of the TACAMO (TAke Charge And Move Out) communications mission.  The TACAMO mission provided a survivable communications link between national decision-makers and the country’s arsenal of strategic nuclear weapons.  E-6B QRM support provides the quick comprehensive ability to support both hardware and software modifications and upgrades on the E-6B training devices.  Supported training devices include VQ-7 Training Devices: 4E13A, 2F144A, 2F194, CNATT Det Tinker Training Devices: 2F236, 2F235, 10B4, 2F234, 11A22, 2A86, 11A24, 2A87, 2F238, 11A25 and STRATCOMWING ONE Training Devices: 2F231.  Additionally, Fidelity provided Contractor Operation and Maintenance (COMS) and Contractor Instructor Services (CIS) under this contract.
