About Field Services

For more than 25 years, Fidelity Field Services has provided contractor operation, maintenance and logistics support services to Department of Defense agencies on programs that require support services for training systems, simulators and technical training equipment. Currently, we deploy more than 450 qualified and experienced maintenance, engineering, and instructional l specialists at field offices throughout the United States to facilitate and provide services on programs such as Contractor Operation and Maintenance of Simulators (COMS), Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), Training Systems Support Center (TSSC), Technical Training Equipment (TTE) Maintenance Services, Contract Instructor Services (CIS), Trainer Device Relocation (TDR), Trainer Device Modification (TDM), and In-Service Engineering Office (ISEO) Support. Our contract experience ranges from small single site programs with less than ten employees up to multiple sites having multiple training devices with over 100 employees. Equipment supported ranges from shipboard equipment up to and including full motion flight training devices with up to 360 degree wrap-around visual systems.

Products and Services

Contractor Operation and Maintenance of Simulators (COMS)
Fidelity provides for the Operation and Maintenance of Training devices and Training Equipment for Department of Defense customers. The services provided include Preventative and Corrective maintenance, as well as the procurement of replacement parts and components. Fidelity also provides device Operators as required, as well as access control and janitorial services for the training facilities.

Contractor Logistics Support (CLS)

Fidelity provides for the Operation and Maintenance of Training devices and Training Equipment for United States Air Force customers. The services provided include Preventative and Corrective maintenance, as well as the procurement of replacement parts and components. Fidelity also provides device Operators as required, as well as access control and janitorial services for the training facilities.

Technical Training Equipment (TTE)

Fidelity provides preventive and corrective maintenance on shipboard equipment used to train United States Navy personnel on systems to include propulsion, electronics, interior communications, exterior communications, machinery repair, fresh water/waste systems, navigation, fire control, firefighting, damage control and watch standing.

Training Systems Support Center (TSSC)

Fidelity provides sustainment engineering, configuration management, logistics support, courseware development, Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) support, COMS/CLS oversight, and administrative support services to support specific airframe simulation programs.

In-Service Engineering Office (ISEO) Services
Fidelity provides on-site engineering resources to assist the Government in modification, configuration control and life cycle support efforts of various simulators and training devices.

Contract Instructor Services (CIS)
Fidelity provides certified contract instructors to teach Government developed syllabi to Government personnel. Services include Classroom and Simulator Instruction as well as the requisite grading and assistance for student personnel.

Training Device Relocation (TDR)
Fidelity provides all the required resources (personnel, equipment, etc.) to move training devices from one facility to another, whether this is from one building on the base to another, or from one base to another.

Training System Device Modification (TSDM)
Fidelity will perform modification efforts on existing training devices, improving device performance and device maintainability, or upgrading to match concurrency with actual fielded equipment.

Contract Highlights

As a result of outstanding program performance and responsiveness to customer needs, Fidelity has been awarded numerous add-on contracts and has been sought by various agencies to bid on additional site work. SeaPort-e

Seaport-e is a multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) set of contracts for a wide range of engineering, technical, and programmatic services and solutions for the Virtual SYSCOM (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, SPAWAR, Strategic Systems Program (SSP), NAVFAC), as well as Commander, Naval Installations (CNI) and the US Marine Corps. SeaPort-e furthers the Navy’s Seapower 21 objective to increase efficiency and allows organizations like Fidelity Technologies Corporation to tailor services to the needs of geographically-dispersed organizations with significantly diverse product area requirements and missions.
