About Field Services
For more than 21 years, Fidelity Field Services has provided contractor operation, maintenance and logistics support services to Department of Defense agencies, including the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and the General Services Administration on programs that require support services for training systems, simulators and facilities.

Currently, we deploy more than 450 qualified and experienced engineering and technical specialists and managers at field offices throughout the United States to facilitate and provide services on programs such as U.S. Navy Contractor Operation and Maintenance of Simulators (COMS), Trainer Device Relocation, Trainer Device Modification, In-Service Engineering, Base Operation Services (BOS) and Contract Instructor Services (CIS).

Our contract experience ranges from life-cycle support services for sophisticated training systems such as Operational Flight Trainers and Air Traffic Control radar and tower simulators, to corrective and preventive maintenance on facilities and various technical equipment.
