Fidelity Technologies Corporation received a GSA Region 4 contract to provide Management, Operation, Maintenance, & Engineering of Mechanical & Custodial Services at the CF Haynsworth & Donald J Russell Federal/Courthouse facilities located in Greenville & Spartanburg, South Carolina. The General Services Administration Property Management Division awarded the $1.3 million contract to Fidelity Field Services, a business unit of Fidelity Technologies Corporation.
Under the contract, Fidelity Field Services will be responsible for maintaining mechanical, electrical, utility, fire protection systems equipment, interior and exterior architectural and structural systems, and custodial services. Fidelity Field Services provides contractor operation and maintenance services for equipment and facilities to Department of Defense and Government agencies.
